You read that correctly, EDM buffs: at the International Music Summit in Ibiza, the one and only Giorgio Moroder reportedly revealed in an interview that he has recently gone into the studio and recorded a spoken-word bit for Daft Punk’s fourth and newest untitled LP. UrB.com seemed to have the upper hand on this exciting news in their breaking article.

Don’t know about Giorgio Moroder? It’s ok! Educate yourself now, because he’s kind of a big deal:

Daft Punk has yet to formally announce their new album, so we aren’t certain as to who they will definitely be collaborating with, but other rumored artists on the LP include heavy hitters in the disco world such as frontman Nile Rodgers of Chic, Chilly Gonzales, songwriter Paul Williams, and Panda Bear from Animal Collective.
